the dirty south – ATL yo!

3. How long have you been looking for a job?

ever since Paul hired me

4. What’s the story of your job search so far?

life’s a journey, not a destination

5. What has gone well?

adopting a mindset of exploring positive change as growth instead of seeing objectives as obstacles

6. What could have gone better?

wish i had a better support system once i ventured out on my own

7. What has helped your job search so far? How did it help?

sharing positive experiences and finding common ground to collaborate with like minded people. building trust with others is key to navigating tough waters when flying solo

8. What job search support would you value most?

being introduced to trusted / vetted opportunities. wasted too much time on false hope and empty promises

9. What experience (or advice) would you like to share with other job seekers?

we have to work together instead of competing

10. (If you had a magic wand) What would your network of job seekers do for each other?

share actionable and trusted leads
